Tudor Floors Carpet One has a Beautiful Guarantee on Carpet One Products--If you are not satisfied due to color or texture, we will replace it FREE--including labor! Up to 120 days.

Our Return Policy -- 3 cartons or more of unopened material returned 30 days after install or 6 months from order on DIY, we will refund 100% as an in-store credit that can be transferred.  In store credits are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.  Some exclusions may apply to special orders. Tudor Floors Carpet One has a one year service agreement for installed materials from the day of purchase. Repairs outside the service agreement can be done at a modest charge for accidents not caused by installation (ie. pet chewing the carpet, grandma dribbling red wine, etc.).

Customer has the responsibility to verify the color, shade, size, and pattern of materials prior to installation. Legal possession of material begins once material is picked up from Tudor Floors Carpet One's warehouse.  Claims of materials need to be filed within 48 hours of pick up.

Financing options will be processed in full with the signing of the contract. All merchandise is paid in full upon ordering.
